While all of our systems are thoroughly tested prior to leaving our facility, we can provide onsite system startup support to ensure all equipment is functioning as designed with respect to site specific conditions.

PTS has experienced staff ready to assist in basic system startup procedures including verifying the system-to-grid electrical connection was completed properly, ensuring proper rotation of blowers following the electrical connection, performing bump testing of equipment onsite, verifying proper functionality testing onsite, assisting with startup data collection and initial system operation, etc.

Periodic O&M is essential to ensure the longevity of any remediation system, as well as optimizing system performance to reduce time to reach clean-up goals. PTS can provide remote technical support or onsite O&M services, depending on your needs.

Each system is provided with an O&M manual detailing routine maintenance required to keep your system operating as designed. Sometimes these things can get overlooked or forgotten over the course of system operation. PTS staff is ready to assist you in completing these important tasks so that your system continues to operate efficiently through the duration of the project.

PTS staff is also available to assist customers with system optimization. System optimization can help reduce operational costs such as electrical usage and ultimately lead to more focused remediation at a lower cost.

The ability to remotely access system operating parameters can greatly reduce system downtime by having the ability to remotely reset latching, self-correcting alarm conditions. O&M costs also decrease due to the ability to reduce the frequency of site visits.
